Please note: Due to demand, D-kriptik has changed policies for accepting new work - we will only take on new work from entities that we know. By entities we know, we mean enitites that we have an existing relationship with (e.g., people we have met in person or done work with before), entities referred to us by entities that we have an existing relationship with, and neighbors (i.e., businesses and people living in Bayside, Queens, NY, USA). We realize this is not what everyone wants to read, and we are sorry; however, we will do our best to refer you to others that do work of the same caliber as us if we cannot accept your job. Thank you for understanding.
Also note: With contractual obstacles out of the way (e.g., non-competes) and a strong amount of interest from those close to us, we will accept a very limited number of FIPS 140 validation engagements; however, by a very limited number, we mean, a very limited number. Yes, we know we are great at that work, and yes, we understand you want us to do much more of it, but we hope you understand that it is not something we want to focus on and we are really just taking on this type of work because of our close relationships. However, we also have solid contacts with a number of excellent organizations that perform such work as their core business line, and we will be happy to provide a bridge into these organizations, if we are not able to take on your job. Again, thank you for understanding.
With those notes out of the way, D-kriptik, LLC. believes in technology, and we work hard to bring technology to the world. We believe in people, and we do our best to help people in the ways we can help. With these beliefs in mind, D-kriptik Support exists to bridge the technology gap between techies and everyone else. We know Information Technology (IT), and we want to put that knowledge to use for you.
So, how can D-kriptik Support help me? By being the techie geeks for you, your friends, your family, and your business. We can do everything from install new hardware in a computer to teaching the basics of navigating the new Web to designing/deploying an IT infrastructure for a small business. And, we know how to put technology to work for you, saving you time, money, and other resources in the process. We are also firm believers in open source and free software and know how to leverage these in small business environments.

Our standard pricing is $115/hour when walking into a complete unknown, but our norm has become flat fees. We can work on-site, remotely, or you can drop off/pick up. Our reputation is growing, but we enjoy meeting and helping people as much as we like making money, so our pricing will always be as low as possible. And, customer service is a core value here.
We look forward to helping out. Thanks!
